Refund Policy: Buyer’s Remorse Period

Some services and products come with a limited buyer’s remorse refund period to provide peace of mind. Please refer to the specific timelines below.

Services with Refund Eligibility

Refunds for payments made in full are available within the buyer’s remorse period (refer to the refund windows below) if work has not started. After the buyer’s remorse period ends, all payments are final and non-refundable.

If work begins during the 48-hour window, refunds for full payments will be adjusted based on the work completed.

Any and all payments made as part of a payment plan (regardless of length) are considered a non-refundable deposit and are not eligible for refunds.

  • Website Build: Refunds available within 48 hours of purchase

  • E-Commerce Store Setup: Refunds available within 48 hours of purchase

  • Branding Services (Logos, Brand Kits, etc.): Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase

  • Digital Course Setup: Refunds available within 48 hours of purchase

  • Coaching Sessions: Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase if the session has not been prepared or booked.

  • Add-On Services (SEO Optimization, Blog Setup, etc.): Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase

Products with No Refunds

Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Ebooks, etc.): All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to instant delivery and access.

Monthly Membership Fees
  • Cancellation: Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time.

  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months.

Refund Eligibility Details
  1. Work Status: Refunds will only be provided if work has not started within the specified buyer’s remorse period.

  2. Non-Refundable Payments: After the refund window closes, all payments are non-refundable.

  3. Adjustments for Partial Work: If work has started during the refund window, refunds may be prorated based on completed work.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Service-Based Projects:

    • Cancellations are allowed within the refund window (see timelines above).

    • After the window closes, cancellations are not permitted.

  2. Monthly Memberships:

    • Memberships may be canceled at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

    • Access to services or perks included in the membership will terminate immediately upon cancellation.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Service
  1. Contact Us: Email us at bloom@peakandpetal.com or text / call us at 504-813-2429 with your order number and the reason for your refund or cancellation request.

  2. Timeline: Requests must be submitted within the refund window outlined above.

  3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your account within 7–10 business days.

Exclusions and Exceptions
  • No refunds are available for:

    • Digital products (templates, guides, ebooks, etc.)

    • Monthly membership fees

    • Completed services or projects

    • Partial work that has begun after the buyer’s remorse period ends

  • Peak & Petal Designs reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the stated refund windows or that violate this policy.
